Vitherm is thrilled to announce a significant milestone as we secure a prestigious order from a highly satisfied customer in the chemical industry based in Taiwan. 10 units were supplied for this project for various uses.

In the carbonate absorption process, a lean carbonate solution is used to absorb carbon dioxide (CO2) from a gas stream, resulting in a rich carbonate solution. The lean carbonate solution, after absorbing the CO2, becomes rich in CO2 and requires regeneration to release the absorbed CO2 and restore its original composition.

The purpose of these heat exchanger is to enhance the thermal efficiency of the carbonate absorption process, minimize energy consumption, and optimize the temperature profiles of the carbonate streams. This contributes to cost savings, improved process performance, and reduced environmental impact by maximizing the utilization of heat energy within the system.

With proven track records of its unique mechanical strength gave Vitherm the cutting edge over other competitors. It also allows easy accessibility, hence making it possible for 100% cleaning due to the pattern on Vitherm plates giving extensive and trouble-free operation.

With 60 over years expertise in process technology and Heat Exchangers manufacturing, Vitherm has advanced and expanded weldpack heat exchangers to be applicable for many industrial usage. Research and Development is the key to Vitherm’s constant innovation in its technologies, thus placing a strong foothold among global players in the heat exchanger market.

Today, our Heat Exchangers are manufactured according to the highest quality standards, and respects all the International Industry regulations and requirements in our State of Art manufacturing facilities. These are located in Asia, Europe and Middle East, as well as our service centers are spread throughout the Continents.

As focusing on upholding quality and maintaining customer satisfaction remains our utmost priority.
