Vitherm recently secured an order from a top refinery in USA.
Two units were supplied to be used for cooling of Sour water. Heat recovery is much higher in a plate pack due to high heat transfer rate compared to shell and tube. Vitherm Weldpack has been chosen to replace client’s existing three shell and tube in series. With Weldpack being compact, only 2 units were required for this cooling process.
